Dennis Williamson

Dennis Williamson

Smart Ticketing

Dennis is a highly effective product manager and technical lead with wide experience in delivering innovative and complex projects, in both smart ticketing solutions and technology innovation. At Hammock, he is responsible for operations, smart ticketing and payments systems.

He is an ITSO and card payments implementation specialist with over seven years' experience in ticketing technology across bus and rail, including back office development and support, supplier management and engagement, and service delivery and support. Previously, Dennis was the technical lead on the replacement of on-bus electronic ticket machines and the introduction of a new UKCA Model 2 payments system at Oxford Bus Company, and is currently working on a Bluetooth ticketing pilot scheme for Go-Ahead Group.
